The Law Offices of Judy A. Leecraft, P.C.
My daughter's little girl had been taken to El Paso by the father and was living there with her father's mother and step-father. The father refused to bring our granddaughter back home. We went to several attorneys who said we should hire an El Paso attorney and that we had little to no chance of getting our little granddaughter back here in Austin. We saw Judy's website and called her office, got in the same day to see her, and Judy went to work to get custody. Judy flew to El Paso twice, and, to make a long story short, she won everything for us. When I look at my granddaughter now, I am forever grateful to Judy and her staff. They worked so hard it was almost like it was a personal thing. I would recommend Judy Leecraft to anyone who has a child custody case - even a grandparents' case. Our granddaughter is living with her mother here in Austin now, and we see her almost every day.

My husband threatened to take away my children, and he told me he would fight for every penny we had. I hired Judy, and we went to mediation. Judy was tenacious, and I wound up with so much more than I thought I would. I kept total custody of my children and got more than half of the property. My husband was furious and tried to undo the whole thing, which, because of Judy, he was unable to do. Hire Judy for your divorce - you won't be sorry. Also, Judy's paralegal Jill is so easy to talk to. I was so nervous that my husband would win, and Jill "talked me off the ledge" lots of times.

Judy will always be remembered by my family and me. She won custody of my two boys in Temporary Orders away from their mother, who was acting irresponsibly, but who had told me I would not get custody and she was moving to Houston with the children. I still have the boys and it has been seven years ago that we went to court. You can't go wrong if you have Judy Leecraft as your lawyer. I would recommend her to anyone.

I got my two kids for summer vacation, and they had marks on their backs from being hit with a belt by their mother. Judy took us to court and won custody for me, even though the kids lived in Georgia. She took them away from another state! And my ex had to pay me child support! My children are safe, and I owe it to Judy's ability to go the extra mile. I don't know what she did exactly, legally, but she was able to somehow manipulate the courts so she got my children home with me. I'll never know how she did it, because we had talked to three attorneys before we talked to Judy, and they all told us the same thing - that it couldn't be done. Judy is the best.

Judy took my case before my daughter was born. I had an extremely complicated child custody case, where my wife wouldn't even let me have our child for a few hours without supervision, even though I had done nothing to deserve that. We had a long trial against a really good trial attorney from Austin, and the Judge let me have parenting time with my daughter without supervision for overnights and weekends, which was just what I wanted. It took a long time, but Judy took the time to explain everything, so I understood the process, even though she said it was complicated.

Judy is the best, and I refer clients to her all the time. My ex-boyfriend and I were not married, and we have a son. My son's father threatened me that he was going to get custody and move to Nebraska. He refused to pay child support. He didn't even visit our son regularly. I was terrified. Judy got me custody, got child support, and was able to make my son's father pay her fees on top of all the other things she did. I still send her emails telling her about my son and how well he is doing. Judy is such a good family lawyer.

I got divorced from my husband over twenty-five years ago in Louisiana. We owned a house in Austin at the time. I have lived in this house for over twenty-five years now, and my husband hired an Austin attorney to try to make me sell my house and give him half of the money. I am in my seventies now, and disabled. I had interviewed a few attorneys, then hired one, who told me there was no way I would be able to keep my house, that I would have to sell it and give my ex half the profits because the divorce decree in Louisiana wasn't clear. I was so frustrated I cried all the time. I found Judy, who took me to trial, which none of the other attorneys said they would do. Not only did she take me to trial, but she won! I got the deed to my house and I didn't have to sell it. I started crying in the courtroom when the Judge gave her Order and it was so hard to keep from yelling out loud I was so happy. I am so happy with Judy. She literally saved my house and my way of life.

My ex wife got the Attorney General to believe I owed about $30,000 in back child support. I don't know how Judy did it, but she got the Attorney General to drop the whole case.
